40 hour pilates teacher course

The first edition was a big succes, so we are back! The 40h pilates teacher course by Envie Studio. The course is designed to see if you want to teach, before you sign up for long term education of a high price. We discuss 50 exercises, how to modify them and later them for any level, how to sequence, how to deal with injuries and pregnancies but most of all, you practice teaching a lot. This is THE course to explore your inner teacher and have a taste of different techniques around mat-pilates. This course is not a recognized education, but I would trust you to start teaching ku students after completing this!
4 training days in the studio of Envie, 2 online sessions and an exam day! You'll also follow 10 classes elsewhere or with Envie, to get inspired. If you follow the classes at Envie, it will be free, elsewhere is for your own costs.

March 4 & 11 online 19.30-20.30/21.00
Exam days the weekend of March 14 & 15.
